1/4 cbuttermilk or peach nectar or orange juice

1 cpeaches, mashed, drained canned

1/2 tsporange extract

2 Tbspchopped nuts

2 Tbspbrown sugar
- ORANGE GLAZE

3/4 cpowdered sugar

2 Tbsporange juice
How To Make peach nut bread

1Sift dry ingredients; set aside.

2Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and orange extraxt; beat well.

3Stir in buttermilk and mashed drained canned peaches.

4Add the dry ingredients, mixing until all dry particles are moistened. Fold in nuts.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Combine topping; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

6Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Glaze option: While baking, stir orange juice and powdered sugar until combined. Drizzle glaze over top of bread when bread is cool.
