mom's banana bread
This recipe is from my mom and it's a hit because it's very moist unlike most banana bread. It does get a little dark when baking but it won't affect the flavor. Even my fussiest two eaters will eat a half a loaf after school.

1 csugar

1/2 cmargarine

3bananas - mashed

2eggs, beaten

1 1/4 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
How To Make mom's banana bread

1Cream sugar and margarine. Add mashed bananas and eggs and beat well.

2Fold in dry ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. I put a slip of wax paper on the bottom so it doesn't stick.

3Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
