Ingredients For mom brier's zucchini bread

2 cflour

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2 tspcinnamon

3eggs
-
1 coil
-
2 csugar
-
2 czucchini shredded
-
2 tspvanilla
-
1 cwalnuts or pecans chopped
How To Make mom brier's zucchini bread

1Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside.

3Mix remaining ingredients except nuts.

4Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. When mixed thoroughly add nuts.

5Pour evenly between the two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
