Received a Gift From my Family a Williams Sonoma Lemon Bread Pan,This is the Recipe attached to the Pan,Thought I would share,Can't Wait to make it.

Ingredients For lemon bread

for bread:

1 3/4 call-purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 csugar
-
1vanilla bean
-
12 Tbsp1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter,melted
-
2eggs,lightly beaten
-
1 cmilk
-
1lemon,need zest of finely grated
-
for the glaze:
-
1/4 csugar
-
3 Tbspfresh lemon juice
How To Make lemon bread

1Have all ingredients at room temperature,position a rack in the lower third of an oven and preheat to 350'F(180'C) Grease & Flour a Lemon Bread Pan; Tap out Excess Flour To Make the Bread,in a bowl,whisk flour,baking powder,salt.Set Aside

2Put sugar in a blowout vanilla bean in half lengthwise,scrape seeds into a bowl rub seeds into sugar,add Butter,eggs,milk,zest whisk until blended,add flour mixture stir until blended.

3Pour batter into prepared pan bake until toothpick inserted comes clean,55-60 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack let cool 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile make Glaze: In a Sauce pan over medium heat,combine sugar & Lemon Juice,Heat stirring occasionally,until sugar is dissolved Remove from heat.

5Tap the pan gently to loosen bread,set rack over a baking sheet,invert pan onto th e rack and lift off pan,Turn Loaf over and,using a Pastry Brush,brush the top and sides of bread with the Glaze. Let Cool Completely Before serving Makes 1 Loaf
