Ingredients For fruitcake bread

  • 21/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 jar
    28oz. mincemeat
  • 1 can
    15oz. sweet and condensed milk
  • 1 c
    walnuts,chopped
  • 2 c
    1lb. tub- mixed fruit

How To Make fruitcake bread

    This recipe will make 2 - 9x4" loaves
  • 2
    Mix all the ingredients together adding in the fruit and nuts lastly

    Bake in 300* oven for approx. 1 hour, check if done
