Ingredients For choc-chocolate chip zucchini bread

2 lgeggs

1/3 choney

1/2 ccanola oil

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspinstant coffee granules
-
1/3 ccocoa powder
-
1 2/3 call purpose flour

2 czucchinie, unpeeled, shredded

1 1/4 csemi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make choc-chocolate chip zucchini bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease loaf pan and dust with cocoa powder.

3In mixing bowl beat on low speed the following ingredients in order given. Eggs, brown sugar, oil, honey, and vanilla.

4In another bowl mix dry ingredients: salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, flour, and coffee granules. Stir with whisk until combined.

5Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix just until combined. Do not overbeat.

6Add shredded zucchini to mixture. Again, mix just until combined. Do not overbeat.

7Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips by hand. You can also add nuts here if you like.

8Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

9Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until done. Test for doneness with a toothpick.

10Remove from oven and let cool 10-15 minutes before removing from the loaf pan. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

11Serve as is or slather with butter, your favorite frosting, cream cheese or whip cream.
