Ingredients For butterscotch pumpkin loaf

2 cflour

1/2 cbrown sugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1egg

1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cmelted butter
-
1 cpumpkin
-
1 cbutterscotch chips
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
-
1/4 cbutterscotch ice cream topping
How To Make butterscotch pumpkin loaf

1mix all the dry ingredients (first 7) stir and make a well in the centre.

2beat egg, milk butter and pumpkin. Add to well. Add butterscotch chips and nuts. Stir until just moistened.

3spread in greased loaf pan. Drizzle with butterscotch topping.

4bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the middle is done. Let stand 10 minutes in pan. Run knife around the sides, remove from pan onto wire rack to cool.
