I wanted a bun that was sweet but not over powering. Looking in my pantry I spotted a can of pineapple/orange juice and thought why not. The flavor is faint but added that extra sweetness I was looking for. Enjoy

Ingredients For bread machine slider buns

  • 1/2 c
    milk (70-80 degrees)
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple/orange juice at room temp.
  • 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted, softened
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 3 tsp
    quick rise yeast for bread machines

How To Make bread machine slider buns

  • 1
    Add ingredients in order listed to bread machine. Run on dough cycle. When dough is complete, divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.

    Placed on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in warm spot for 15 minutes.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and brush with butter.
