This recipe is my all time favorite from "the Best of Bisquick from Betty Crocker". I use Truvia for baking sugar substitute and substitute sunflower seeds for nuts.

1/3 cvegetable oil

1 1/2 cmashed ripe bananas

1/2 tspvanilla

3eggs

2 1/3 cbisquick baking mix

1 csugar (or your favorite sugar substitute

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make banana bread

1Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Use solid shortening.

2Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.

3Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.

4Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf, pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan.
