aunt louise's zucchini nut bread
Aunt Louise has long passed. I was fortunate enough to get a couple of her recipes. I loved finding this scribbled recipe on note paper from another Aunt. It says " Louise's Zucchini bread. She could bake homemade breads from yeast to sweet breads. They were all delicious. I wish I had gotten her Apple pie recipe. This is a very delicious Zucchini bread. I hope you all enjoy it.

Ingredients For aunt louise's zucchini nut bread

3 call purpose flour

1 - 1/2 cgranulated sugar

3eggs
-
1 cvegetable,or canola oil

1 - 3/4 cgrated zucchini squash grate in larger pieces or zucchini will blend in to bread to much

1/2 ccrushed pineapple drained well (1/2 cup after draining
-
1 cchopped walnut's
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 - 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 tspbaking powder
How To Make aunt louise's zucchini nut bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degree's. Grease and flour a loaf pan.

2in a large bowl cream together the eggs,sugar,and oil.

3Stir in the Zucchini,and pineapple.

4Add all of the dry ingredients and nuts. Mix well to incorporate. Pour in to loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes,or until pick comes out clean.
