1 cdried apricots, cut fine

2 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 csugar

2 Tbspmelted butter

1/2 corange juice

2eggs
-
1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make apricot nut bread

1Soak apricots in a 1/4 cup hot water for 30 minutes and then drain well.

2Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, orange juice and melted butter. Fold in apricots and nuts.

3Pour into greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
