This is another recipe I am copying from a recipe card written by my grandmother. At the top is says "for Mary Ann". I remember such good times at her house visiting and having yummy things like this for coffee.

Ingredients For 2 by 2 bars

preheat oven to 325 and grease a 15 x 10 sheet cake pan.

2 cflour
-
2 csugar
-
2 lgeggs
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2 can8 oz. crushed pineapple
-
1 cchopped nuts, your choice
- FROSTING

1 stickbutter
-
1 pkg8 oz. cream cheese
-
2 cpowdered sugar
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make 2 by 2 bars

1Place first 7 ingredients into a bowl of a mixer and mix well.

2Blend in nuts.

3Pour batter into prepared pan.

4Bake at 325 for about 25 to 30 minutes until done.

5Remove from oven and cool.

6Mix frosting ingredients together and beat until smooth and fluffy. Frost cooled bars.

7Cut into desired squares and serve.
