  • PLACE IN BREAD MACHINE IN ORDER LISTED:
  • 1 c
    lukewarm water (105º)
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 3 c
    bread flour ***
  • 2 Tbsp
    rosemary leaves (fresh or dried)
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley leaves (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    rapid rise yeast

How To Make rosemary bread in machine (sallye)

    ***If you use wheat flour, use 3-1/2 cups (it will be a denser loaf) Whisk together egg and melted butter until well blended, set aside With mortar and pestle, lightly crush dried rosemary and parsley If using fresh rosemary and parsley, pulse in food processor just until coarsely chopped Place flour, salt, rosemary and parsley in bowl and mix with wooden spoon until well blended. Set aside

    IMPORTANT: PLACE INGREDIENTS IN THE MACHINE IN THIS EXACT ORDER Add water to bread pan Stir in egg and butter mixture Add honey Carefully add flour mixture, making sure liquid is completely covered by flour Make "well" in flour mixture and pour yeast into the depression.
