Love stuffed Clams but, not the price. Good way to remake a left-over!

  • 1 can
    baby clams with juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped scallion greens
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c
    left-over turkey broth
  • 4 c
    prepared stuffing mix

How To Make left-over stuffing? turn it into clam cakes!

    Mix all ingredients except paprika

    Spoon into greased muffin pans

    Sprinkle with paprika

    Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake. Aprox. 35-45 minutes
