Ingredients For go-go garlic bread

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cmayonnaise (low-fat or light not recommended)

1 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated

2 tspgarlic, minced

1/4 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspdried basil
-
1/8 tspseasoned salt
-
1/2 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1french bread, halved lengthwise (about 20 inches)
How To Make go-go garlic bread

1In a small mixing bowl, beat butter and mayonnaise until smooth. Beat in the Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil and seasoned salt. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese.

2Spread over cut sides of bread and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.
