    monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp
    veg. oil...plus extra to wipe in pan

    egg, lightly beatn
  • honey for drizzln

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 400....USE VEG OIL N GREASE A LARGE CAST IRON SKILLET...N PLACE IN OVEN TO HEAT UP.

    COMBINE BUTTERMILK WITH REMAINN INGREDIENTS.....MAKE A WELL IN BOWL WITH DRY INGREDIENTS...POUR WET INTO DRY n STIR JUST UNTIL MOISTND.

    POUR BATTER INTO HOT SKILLET N BAKE FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDN BROWN :) DRIZZLE WITH HONEY...OPTIONAL ....BUT DELICIOUS ;)
