1 cyellow cornmeal

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1 pinchwhite pepper

2 lgeggs

1/2 csugar

1/2 cmelted, unsalted butter

3/4 clight sour cream

1/2 cmilk

2 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1 csliced scallions
How To Make cheddar-scallion corn bread

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 11" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and pepper.

2In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in butter, then sour cream and milk until smooth.

3Add egg mix to flour mix, beat just until combined. Stir in cheese and scallions. Pour into pan. Bake 15 mins.
