I am NOT a bread maker but do like to make this recipe because it's so easy! My family loves to eat it fresh out of the oven.

Ingredients For beer bread

  • 3 c
    self rising flour (can use 1/2 ww flour)
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar, white
  • 12 oz
    beer

How To Make beer bread

  • 1
    stir all ingredients together in large bowl by hand. Pour/place into an oiled loaf pan, then spread/brush oil over top of dough. You can use 1/2 ww flour also. Bake 50-55 mins in 350 degree oven.
