How To Make basic garlic bread
-
1Cut your french bread in half lengthwise. Take top half and make your garlic bread. Spread butter over bread, generously. Next sprinkle garlic powder, and then Parmesan cheese, over all.
-
2Place on a cookie sheet. Put under broiler for 5 minutes, or until crispy but not burned. Slice into 1-1/2 inch strips and serve with your favorite salad or pasta dish.
-
3If you have a large crowd make the other half of the french bread. Otherwise, save it for french bread pizza (for left-over pasta sauce), or just plain bread for stews and soups.
- Last Step: Don't forget to share! Make all your friends drool by posting a picture of your finished recipe on your favorite social network. And don't forget to tag Just A Pinch and include #justapinchrecipes so we can see it too!
