1/2 lbdiced bacon

2 1/2 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

4large eggs

1/2 cmelted butter

1 cancorn, drained

1/2 cancreamed corn

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 cmilk
How To Make bacon cheese cornbread

1Grease a loaf pan and preheat your oven to 325. Fry the chopped bacon until slightly crisp and drain the fat.

2Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat together milk, eggs, and butter and pour into dry ingredients: mix well. fold in the bacon, corn, and 1/2 of the cheese. pour into loaf pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until golden brown and skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
