Ingredients For zucchini bread

3eggs

2 csugar

1 cvegetable oil

2 cshredded zucchini

3 Tbspvanilla

3 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

3 cflour

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make zucchini bread

1Beat eggs until light and foamy.

2Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well.

3In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.

4Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.

5Divide into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
