Ingredients For zucchini bread

  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 3 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make zucchini bread

    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
  • 2
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well.

    In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.
  • 5
    Divide into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
