This recipe was given to me by my neighbor from Maine. It was absolutely delicious. I've fixed it for my husband and he loved it.

  • 1 pkg
    jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cream corn
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

How To Make scrumptious corn bread

    Grease an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Mix all ingredients together and put in your greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes,
