1/3 craisins

3 Tbsprum

1-1/2 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 csugar

2very ripe mashed bananas

1/4 cmelted butter

1egg, beaten

2 Tbspmilk

1/2 cchocolate chips

1/4 cwalnuts
How To Make festive rum raisin chocolate chip banana nut bread

1Combine rum and raisins. Let stand 15 minutes; drain and reserve liquid.

2Cool melted butter to room temperature.

3Combine dry ingredients; set aside.

4Combine sugar, bananas, butter, egg and milk; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

5Stir in raisins, chocolate chips and nuts.

6Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured loaf pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Poke holes in top of bread with a toothpick. Brush with reserved liquid.
