potato cheese quesadilla
Had leftover mashed potatoes and was looking for something different for lunch. This is what I came up with and it was very good.

Ingredients For potato cheese quesadilla
- FOR EACH QUESADILLA

1 lgquesadilla shell

shredded coby jack cheese
-
left over mashed potatoes

1-3 dashgarlic powder
How To Make potato cheese quesadilla

1Fold in half to get basic line and put your mash potatoes on half and using a fork smash to an even height. Add shredded cheese and sprinkle with garlic salt.

2Fry in a pan until both sides are lightly brown and insides are warm and melted.

3Top with your favorite jalapeño jam if desired
