Every time I made this, everyone just raves about how good it is. It is an easy and fast recipe.

Ingredients For little cheddar meat loaves

1egg
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cquick cooking oats
-
1/2 cchopped onions

1 tspsalt
-
1 lblean ground beef
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 1/2 tspprepared mustard
How To Make little cheddar meat loaves

1In a bowl, beat the egg an milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well.

2Recipe says to shape into eight or nine loaves. I prefer to shape it into 4 loaves. Can freeze 2 for another meal. Placed in greased baking pan.

3Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spoon over the loaves. Yummy.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. If using a thermometer, cook to 160 degrees.
