I love good corn bread. And I love a marvelous Victorian-style restaurant in Ocala, FL ...and their very good corn bread. I was so happy to see they had published the recipe in their very unique cookbook .. and very surprised again to see how simple and easy it is to make. Perfect with any meal, I say.

1 conion, chopped

How To Make ivy house cornbread

1Preheat oven to 350-400. Spray a 9x13 baking pan

2Gently mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan

3Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown
