Ingredients For corn cakes

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    yellow cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • milk to make a thick batter

How To Make corn cakes

  • 1
    Mix all and fry like pancakes. Do NOT grease the griddle.
