3 pepper bubble bread
(1 rating)
I used to make this bread when I lived in Jeon-Ju South Korea. My husband and I had gone to Costco in another city and we found a Bread Machine Cookbook. This was a great find because being used to the different breads we have in Canada. I had made many different kinds of bread from this book. I was telling my Mom about this bread and made it for our dinner with the Spud Soup I made. I made it as a bubble loaf which was a big hit at the dinner table. I had only 2 different kinds of peppers so add some green onions to the dough. They added an additional taste and fragrance.

How To Make 3 pepper bubble bread
-
1Put the ingredients into your bread machine in order of the manufacturer's directions. My order is milk, water, flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Turn on machine with the add in ingredients turned on.
-
2Meanwhile dice all the peppers in a fine dice, add when timer beeps on the bread machine. If you would like to add the green onions at this time do. Then let the bread rise in the machine.
-
3When bread dough has finished in the bread machine. Turn the bread onto a floured table and knead for about a minute. I used a bundt pan to make my bubble bread in. Grease the bandt pan and make 2" balls and place them in the bundt pan. Let the bread proof for about 40 minutes then bake at 400F for 35 minutes

4Serve the bread hot out of the oven. Pull apart pieces and enjoy with butter.
