I had some overly ripe banana's needing used, so these delicious muffins were my end result...

Ingredients For tasty banana nut muffins

1 csugar
-
1egg
-
1/2 csoftened, butter- room temp

3mashed, banana's
-
2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cchopped nuts - i used walnuts
How To Make tasty banana nut muffins
-
1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. -
2In a bowl, cream the sugar, egg and butter together, until fluffy.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are incorporated. -
3I scooped close to 1/4 cup of batter into each liner. I sprinkled each with a little sugar.
Place in oven and bake for30 minutes or until pick comes out clean. -
4These muffins freeze nicely as well...if they last that long!
