sausage muffins

I made these muffins for my family because they make a great on-the-go breakfast, snack, or even a finger food! Want to change things up? Add ham and jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients For sausage muffins

  • 1 lb
    (any flavor) bulk sausage
  • 3 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1 can
    campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make sausage muffins

    Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink - drain
  • 2
    Combine sausage, biscuit mix, soup, shredded cheddar and milk to form a dough. If dough is too stiff, add 1/4c milk to loosen it up.

    If not using muffin liners, liberally spray muffin tins. Using a tablespoon (or a medium ice cream scooper), spoon mixture into muffin tins.

    Bake at 350* for 15-18min.
