sausage muffins
I made these muffins for my family because they make a great on-the-go breakfast, snack, or even a finger food! Want to change things up? Add ham and jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients For sausage muffins

1 lb(any flavor) bulk sausage

3 cbiscuit mix

1 cancampbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup

2/3 cmilk

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage muffins

1Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink - drain

2Combine sausage, biscuit mix, soup, shredded cheddar and milk to form a dough. If dough is too stiff, add 1/4c milk to loosen it up.

3If not using muffin liners, liberally spray muffin tins. Using a tablespoon (or a medium ice cream scooper), spoon mixture into muffin tins.

4Bake at 350* for 15-18min.
