Ingredients For quick blueberry muffin

1-3/4 cflour

1/3 csugar

2-1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cfresh or thawed blueberries

3/4 cmilk
-
1egg, beaten

1/3 cbutter, melted
How To Make quick blueberry muffin

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups (like for cupcakes).

3In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add blueberries to flour mixture. Add milk, egg, and melted butter, to the dry mixture and mix until this becomes lumpy. DONOT OVER BEAT.

4Divide batter evenly between the muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Remove from pan when cooled for 5 minutes and then cool completely. these taste better warm with butter melting on them. - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
