Ingredients For pecan pie muffins

  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    butter, softened
  • 2
    eggs, beaten

How To Make pecan pie muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin cups geneously.

    In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In seperate bowl, beat butter and eggs together. Stir in dry ingredients just until combined.

    Spoon batter into muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Run knife around edge of each muffin to pop it out
