Ingredients For oatmeal muffins

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    quick-cooking oats
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make oatmeal muffins

  • 1
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats. Mix in separate bowl, egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten mixture. Dough will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
