1/2 csugar

1/3 cshortening

1 lgegg

1-1/2 cflour

1-1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cmilk, i used 1%

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 csugar

1 stickbutter, melted
How To Make melt in your mouth morning muffins

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat together 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, and egg.

2In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat flour mix into egg mix, alternately w/ milk.

3Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 mins, or until golden. Pour melted butter in a shallow bowl. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Submerge muffins in butter, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mix. Serve warm.
