Ingredients For fruity orange muffins

  • 11/3 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    oats, quick cooking
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    dried berries

How To Make fruity orange muffins

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put paper in muffin cups.

    Blend together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and brown sugar.

    Whisk together orange juice, butter, egg and vanilla. Add to flour; stir until moistened. Fold in fruit.

    Fill muffins cup 3/4 full. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
