I love to make these for Sunday morning brunches. They are healthy and so moist and go well w/ just about any breakfast. Or have one as a snack!!

Ingredients For easy, moist cranberry-orange muffins

1-1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1 csugar
-
3 tspbaking powder

1/2 clow-sugar orang juice

1/2 cfat-free milk

1 lgegg, beaten
-
1-1/2 cfresh cranberries

2 Tbsporange peel
How To Make easy, moist cranberry-orange muffins

1Heat oven at 400. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

2Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. If making lg muffins check w/ a toothpick inserted in center of muffin at 18 mins. If using small muffin cups, check at about 12 mins. You may need a little longer for either size.
