I love that these muffins are the right amount of chocolate and peanutbutter! PLUS you get all the wonderfulness from the PB2 peanutbutter being a lot healthier for you than regular peanutbutter. Totally my guilt free go to :)

Ingredients For dark chocolate peanut butter muffins

1 1/2 call purpose flour

7 ozcoarsely chopped dark chocolate

1 1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/8 tspsalt

3eggs
-
1/2 cskim milk

1/4 cplus 2 tbsp sugar

2 1/2 Tbsppb2 chocolate powdered peanutbutter

1individual container of sugar free chocolate pudding
How To Make dark chocolate peanut butter muffins

1In a mixer, combine all dry ingredients (except chopped chocolate) mix well

2Add remaining ingredients and mix on low for 30seconds to 1 minute, making sure all ingredients are combined well.

3pour batter into greased muffin tin or loaf pan, cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
