I love making these, the smell in the kitchen is magic... If you like blueberries you'll love this recipe, it is one you will make over and over again. It is one I took from my grandmother and added more blueberries and the strudel topping and made a wonderful muffin even more delightful.

4 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

2 1/4 csour cream

3 cblueberries

1 cvegetable oil
- STRUDEL TOPPING

1 csugar
-
3 1/3 Tbspall purpose flour
-
4 1/2 Tbspbutter (room temp.)

2 tspcinnamon
How To Make blueberry muffins with strudel topping

1In large bowl beat eggs and sugar together till well mixed. slowly add oil and vanilla.

2Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together.

3Then alternate flour and sour cream to egg mixture mix well but be careful not to over mix.

4Toss blueberries with the 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour then fold gently into batter. Fill muffin cups about half full top with strudel topping and bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes.

5For strudel topping: in a bowl add sugar, flour, and cinnamon mix well. Add room temp. butter and work until you have pea size crumble.
