blueberry muffins
This is my favorite Blueberry muffin recipe!! The recipe came from a cookbook my youngest son had given me for Christmas years ago. My husband & I really enjoy them!! Hope you will too!!

Ingredients For blueberry muffins

2 cap flour
-
1/2 csugar
-
3 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1/3 coil
-
1 lgegg,beaten
-
1 cfresh or frozen blueberries
How To Make blueberry muffins

1Heat oven to 400 degrees.Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.

2In medium bowl, Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.

3In small bowl, combine milk, oil & egg. Blend well. Add to dry ingredients all at once.Stir just until ingredients are moistened.

4Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.Bakeat 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
