Ingredients For applesauce puffs

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1
    slightly beaten egg
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make applesauce puffs

  • 1
    Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, applesauce, egg and oil. Beat for 30 seconds.

    Drop by spoonfuls into mini-muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

    Note: You may substitute reduced-fat Bisquick for regular Bisquick and low-fat milk for regular milk.

    Topping: Dip slightly cooled muffins into butter, then cinnamon sugar mixture.
