Ingredients For reduced carb pizza dough

3/4 cwater, approx 85°

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tsplite sea salt

1/4 tspsplenda
-
1 1/4 cflax seed meal, hodson mill

1/2 call purpose flour, king arthur

1/2 cwheat flour, king arthur

1 tspactive dry yeast
How To Make reduced carb pizza dough

1I used a bread machine for the dough. Place water and oil in pan and add yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast.

2Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

3Add dry ingredients to pan of wet ingredients. Place on DOUGH ONLY cycle.

4Check after a few minutes to make sure everything is getting mixed together, run rubber spatula around edges if needed to remove any flour stuck on side.

5Sprinkle a tiny bit of wheat flour on counter top and roll half the dough out to about 1/8".

6I baked my pizza's at 425° for about 20 min.
