Ingredients For easy angel biscits

3 cself rising flour
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 pkgquick rise yeast
-
1/2 cwarm water
-
1 Tbspsugar for yeast

1 1/2 Tbspbaking powder
-
1 stickbutter cold and into chunks

1 1/2 cbuttermilk or regular milk
How To Make easy angel biscits

1In large bowl add the flour,sugar andbaking powder. Set aside
-
2In a small bowl add the yeast and the sugar and the water stir with wisk till blended set aside for at least 5 minutes till foamy.

3Add butter and shorting with flour and cut in with a pastry blender or 2 forks till crumbly , add yeast and milk

4mix till you have a soft dough (will be a little sticky) on a floured counter roll out dough and cut the biscuits the size you want let sit on top of warm stovetop for 10 minutes and bake at 400* till brown.
