For those of you who do not eat regular pepperoni..this is a great lunch or snack idea

Ingredients For turkey pepperoni rolls

  • 1 pkg
    pilsbury grands bisciuts
  • 4 oz
    turkey pepperoni
  • 4 oz
    mozzarella cheese

How To Make turkey pepperoni rolls

    With a rolling pin or hands, flatten each biscuit to about the size of a small flour tortilla
  • 2
    Place about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons (small mound) shredded cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit, top with about 6 to 8 pepperoni slices, more if you wish. Keep filling away from edges.

    Tuck filling into center as you roll the biscuits begining on one end to look like a hot dog roll. This is hard to imagine that is why I have the pictures.

    Slice tops diagonally to allow venting, but only lightly, top layer of dough only.

    Bake at 350 F for about 15 to 17 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy
