thick cowboy biscuits

If you want thicker biscuits, roll out dough to one inch thick. As they bake, they will rise nicely and be able to be pulled apart. Top with butter or jam as desired. I like to eat warmed up biscuits with Red Raspberry Preserves for breakfast.
