Ingredients For sweet potato biscuits

3/4 cmashed sweet potatoes, fresh or canned ( as long as it's not pie filling)

2/3 cmilk

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 1/4 cplain flour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/2 tspsalt

scant dash cinnamon
How To Make sweet potato biscuits

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Mix potatoes, butter, milk and add dry ingredients. Make a soft dough.

3Turn out onto a floured board and toss lightly. Pat out dough about 1" thick. Cut with floured cutter.

4Bake on greased pan for about 15 minutes.
