Have any left over mashed sweet potatoes? These are perfect biscuits to use the left overs with. I like to drizzle them w/maple syrup, yum!

Ingredients For sweet potato biscuits

1 cflour

3 tspbaking powder

2 tspsugar
-
1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter, cut up

3/4 cmashed sweet potato

1/4 cmilk
How To Make sweet potato biscuits

1Heat oven to 400. Place parchment paper on a lg baking sheet. In bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in sweet potatoes and enough milk to make a soft dough. Place dough on floured surface, out to 1/2"-thick.

3Cut dough into circles w/ a biscuit cutter or a glass. Place biscuits 1" apart on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 mins, or until golden brown.
