Ingredients For sour cream and chive biscuits

  • 2-1/2 c
    heart healthy bisquick biscuit mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped chives
  • 1 c
    low-fat sour cream
  • flour

How To Make sour cream and chive biscuits

    Heat oven to 450. Spray a rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, combine biscuit mix and chives, mix well. Add sour cream and knead 2-3 mins, or until a soft baforms.

    Place dough on floured surface and roll out to 1/2"-thick. Cut dough into 3" biscuits. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Bake 15-18 mins or until light golden brown.
