Ingredients For soooo good, iris's hot cheese biscuits

2 1/2 cbiscuit mix

1 lgegg, beaten

1 cmilk
-
1/2 cbutter, melted
-
1/4 csharp cheddar, grated

1/4 cmild cheddar, grated

1/4 cparmesan cheese, fresh please

2 Tbspjalapeno peppers,diced fine
How To Make soooo good, iris's hot cheese biscuits

1In medium bowl add the biscuit mix. In separate bowl. whisk the egg into the milk. When combined whish in butter and pour it over the biscuit mix Stirring with a fork to make a soft batter.

2Add the cheeses and jalapenos stirring to gently distribute. Drop the mixture by the tablespoonful onto a nonstick cookie sheet allowing an inch between each biscuit.

3Put into oven and bake about 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!!
