I can't take credit for these wonderful biscuits. They are another of Sandra's recipes.

Ingredients For smoked gouda & ham drop biscuits

  • 2-1/4 c
    bisquick
  • 1/2 c
    shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped ham
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced chives
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2/3 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make smoked gouda & ham drop biscuits

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 450^. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, cheese, ham, chives & pepper. Add milk, stir just until moistened.

    Drop dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter. They are best served warm.
