Ingredients For ~ sausage cheddar biscuits ~ low carb

1 lbbulk sausage ( i use jimmy dean hot )

4 ozsoftened cream cheese

1/3 ccoconut flour - i don’t see why almond flour wouldn’t work...i will try that next and update how they turned out

3eggs, beaten

1 cfresh shredded cheddar cheese. i always shred my own from a block of cheese

1/2 tspbaking powder
How To Make ~ sausage cheddar biscuits ~ low carb

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with olive or avocado oil or line with parchment paper. Gather ingredients. Sausage is in skillet browning. LOL

2Brown and crumble sausage until cooked through in med skillet over medium heat, stirring often. Drain sausage in colander over a bowl.

3Add sausage to a med bowl and cool for toughly 5 min. Add cream cheese, eggs, flour, cheese and baking powder. I use my hands to mix thoroughly.

4Measure out 1/4 cup of biscuit mixture and roll into ball in hands. Drop onto prepared sheet.

5Bake for 40 minutes or until golden. Enjoy warm or cold. Freeze well too! Per biscuit - 2g Net Carbs 3g Total Carbs 1g Fiber 16g Fat 9g Protein 196 Calories
